Fennel Seed

Botanical & Other Names: Foeniculum vulgare

Fennel grows mostly in the Mediterranean and India. Ancient Romans used Fennel to reduce hunger during war. Fennel is being used now as a sex driver for both men and women. The estrogen-like compounds in Fennel can increase libido in women, and when taken at a high concentration, Fennel can interfere with the conversion of testosterone to DHT, which reduces prostate enlargement.
